Privacy Policy

1. What I collect

The site is static. There are no accounts or sign-ups. Still, a small amount of information can show up in normal operation:

• Contact form. If you send a message, I receive the name, email, subject, and body you typed so I can reply.
• Hosting logs. My host may record usual request data (IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp) for security and uptime.
• Analytics. I may use aggregated, non-identifying stats to see which pages get traffic. Details live on the Cookie Declaration.

2. How I use it

I use the data above only to:

• Answer messages you send through the contact form.
• Keep the site online, secure, and working.
• Understand traffic in broad strokes so I can improve the site.

I don't sell, rent, or hand your details to third parties for marketing.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you're in the European Economic Area, I rely on: your consent (for non-essential cookies), answering a request you made (contact messages), and legitimate interest (basic security and light analytics). You can withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie preferences in the footer or the cookie banner (see the Cookie Declaration).

4. How long I keep it

Contact emails stay in my inbox as long as needed to handle the thread and any follow-up. Hosting logs are kept for a short window by the provider, then rotated out.

5. Third parties

Hosting, fonts, analytics, or similar services may process some data on my behalf. Each has its own privacy terms. I'm not passing your contact form content to ad networks or data brokers.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to access, correct, delete, or limit how I process your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Email pantelis@theodosiou.me and I'll respond as soon as I reasonably can.

7. Security

I take sensible steps to protect what I hold. Nothing sent over the internet is perfectly safe, and I can't promise absolute security, but I don't treat your messages carelessly.

8. Children

This site isn't aimed at anyone under 16. I don't knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

I may update this page when practices change. The date at the top is the cue for what's current.
