Terms of Use
Last updated · May 22, 2026
By using https://pantelis.theodosiou.me, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What this site is
It's my personal portfolio, run by Pantelis Theodosiou. You'll find selected work, writing, and ways to contact me. It's free to browse and meant as information, not a contract for hire by itself.
2. Content and copyright
Unless I say otherwise, the text, images, logos, code samples, project write-ups, and blog posts here are mine and protected by copyright and trademark law where it applies.
You're welcome to read, link, and quote with attribution for personal, non-commercial use. Don't republish big chunks, resell the content, or pass it off as your own without asking first.
3. Please don't
When using the site, don't:
- Break applicable laws or regulations.
- Try to break in, probe, or overload the hosting or infrastructure.
- Scrape or bulk-copy content beyond what normal search engines do.
- Use the site to harass, spam, or distribute malware.
4. Links elsewhere
I link to external sites (GitHub, LinkedIn, client work, and so on). I'm not responsible for what's on those sites or how they handle your data.
5. Accuracy and opinions
I try to keep things accurate, but the site is provided as is. I don't promise every detail is complete, current, or error-free. Views on the blog are mine, not my employer's or a client's.
6. Liability
To the extent Greek law allows, I'm not liable for direct or indirect damages from using or not being able to use the site (lost profits, data loss, downtime, and similar). Use common sense if you're relying on anything here for a real decision.
7. Privacy
Data handling is covered in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Declaration.
8. Changes
I may revise these terms when needed. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after an update, that counts as accepting the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes go to the competent courts in Thessaloniki, Greece, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
10. Questions
Terms questions go to pantelis@theodosiou.me.
